What is Ductless Heating & Cooling?

When people think about an HVAC system, the image that usually comes to mind is a furnace in the basement, or a heatpump on the roof or outside, and ductwork to guide all that air to the different parts of the house. They will also often think about how that system doesn’t heat and cool the house evenly, leaving some parts of the home more comfortable than the others.
